When glare is a problem choose tinted solar control window films.
The amount of heat blocked corresponds to the darkness of the film. The darker the film, the less sunlight. This is referred to as visible light transmission. Tinted window films can block 10 - 80% of visible light and thus greatly reduce or eliminate glare.
Tinted window films are especially popular in areas that get a lot of sun year round. Remember that the higher the tint, the darker the effect.
